Arduino Power Hour (18+)
Wednesdays

"Arduino is an open-source electronics platform based on easy-to-use hardware and software. It's intended for anyone making interactive projects."- arduino.cc. Adults are welcome to tinker with our Arduino Experimentation Kits. We have LEDS, motors, sensors, & more! Online registration is required.

Tech Girls-FULL (5th thru 8th grade)

Homewood Writers Group

A Travelogue with Juliette Kinzie:
Professional actress Betsey Means will bring to life the writer, historian, and pioneer who married the famous fur trader and U. S. Indian sub-agent John H. Kinzie in 1830.

This is a two hour instructional class. It is by pre-registration only, up to the day before the event. Cost is $7 payable in advance for 3 beautifully hand made folded/stamped card creations. Please register and pay at the Library Services Desk.

Open to all knitters, with all skill levels. No registration required for this free event.

Veterans Benefits Fair
April 25
10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
The Fair will offer an "open house" atmosphere where the men and women who served and their families can receive information and talk informally with representatives of various veterans benefit and social organizations.
 
Film Discussion Series

On the fourth Monday of each month we will be watching a film at 6:00, followed by a discussion of the film. This month: The Graduate (1967).
