  • Public Comment Opportunity: The MRT has released a document titled Medicaid Redesign Team Structural Roadmap: Roles and Responsibilities in a Value Based Payment World for public comment. The document seeks to define the roles of "middle layer actors" in a VBP system and will be sent to CMS for consideration as an appendix to the VBP Roadmap. The comment deadline is April 2.   • Public Comment Opportunity: The newly created Bureau of Social Determinants of Health is accepting comments regarding a planned RFI soliciting "innovative new approaches for addressing the social determinants of health" by Tier 1 CBOs, all other CBOs, and other providers/organizations.   • Public Comment Opportunity/RFI: As part of its Regulatory Modernizaton Initiative, NYSDOH has issued a Request for Information (RFI) to determine the implications of eliminating the use of the Hospital and Community Patient Review Instrument. The RFI seeks recommendations for a replacement assessment tool, if necessary. Learn more
  • PPS Update: The results of the PPS Mid-Point Assessment Action Plan efforts are now publicly available. They include information about disbursement of funds to CBOs. View document

  • DSRIP Evaluation Plan: CMS approved the State's DSRIP Independent Evaluation Plan on March 13, 2018. The Research Foundation at the State University of Albany is carrying out the evaluation. View plan

  • DOHMH Harlem Health Advocacy Partners Insurance Navigation: NYC DOHMH intends to issue an RFP to provide Harlem Health Advocacy Partners Insurance Navigation (HHAP) to individuals residing in NYCHA housing developments in East and Central Harlem. One purpose of the program is "to support residents' capacity building and advocacy for improved health equity through monthly workshops in the current value based payment system." View Concept Paper
