BUILDING A GROWTH ENGINE

In our December article - The Coming Executional Wars - we saw that higher Operational Maturity Level© (OML) MSPs are out-accelerating those who have not as effectively driven up their OML. They are more 'buttoned up' on service delivery and back office; they can focus more on driving their Sales and Marketing OML. They're also better able to execute buyside acquisitions if desired.
 
"Larger" does not inevitably correlate to "higher OML." Some get larger because they have higher Sales and Marketing OML, or they're good at acquisitions, but because their service delivery and back office OMLs are low, don't make money even at larger scale. What, then, are the Sales and Marketing tactics and strategies of those who are successfully and profitably growing, whether they are currently smaller or larger?

During Q2 Sydney, HTG honored member Zaun Bhana for over 7 years of service. 
 
Zaun was instrumental in helping the APAC region grow to where it is today. He facilitated HTG's first APAC group and continues to be a vital member in HTG21.
