April 2018, Every Child Deserves A Home
Greetings!

The temperature outside has finally moderated and the activity level here at Habitat CFC is definitely heating up. Every division of our organization has been running at 100 mph as we are driven by our mission to create new homes and bright futures for hard working Fairfield County families!

Special events abound as the Habitat CFC development team, Youth United, and Women Build all reach out to raise much needed funds and introduce new volunteers, donors, potential homeowners and the greater community to our work! Construction is moving ahead on seven properties right now with plans for several more this year still to come! We are thrilled to welcome dozens of corporate and community groups and individual volunteers to help us build! Family Services is busy hosting information sessions and processing countless applications for potential homeowners, while preparing some lucky families for their upcoming closings. Spring cleaning means that the ReStore is accepting record donations and the store is ready for bargain hunters to visit in search of gently used treasures.

There's nothing more exhilarating than witnessing and recognizing all of the amazing things that happen when devoted, hardworking, generous people come together for the greater good. Please join us!

Warm regards,
Stuart D. Adelberg
Chief Executive Officer
