Message from Your Chairman 

Greetings all:
   
We're in the early phase of our "next house."  Site prep is well underway as is design.  This house will be located west of Lake City, off of Brown Road on Ethelind Ct.  In the meantime, we could use your help on renovation of the Mark's Property.  I started some demolition and need help in moving forward.  The level of work we're doing at this time is more in the "repair/reconstruct" category.  This is an immediate need.
 
Its important to contact us through the website under "volunteers."   This way the appropriate folks in HFH get involved and take care of the paperwork and make everything official.
 
Habitat for Humanity is a blessing to our community.  We have helped many families...and we want to help more.  Thank you for reading and I invite you to join us.

Do You Know Anyone Interested in Owning a Habitat Home?

We are looking for families who are interested in becoming owners of Habitat homes in the Lake City/Columbia County area.  Successful candidates for Habitat homes need to be residents of Columbia County and satisfy three criteria:  1) a need for Habitat housing, 2) an ability to repay a no-interest mortgage, and 3) a willingness to partner with habitat.
