I couldn't be more excited to be launching our first class with Kärna Fitness San Jose (Downtown, Midtown, and Rose Garden)!!! Please read below on our Half Marathon Training program. It's 12 weeks of fun, fitness, and accomplishing a huge goal.... running 13.1!

Join us for a 12 week session designed to teach women how to safely train for and complete a half marathon. This is a run/walk program so all levels are welcome and encouraged!|
When: Race Day is July 29, 2012 in San Francisco
Training starts Saturday April 28, at 7am. We will meet every Thursday night at 7pm for a track workout, and every Saturday for a trail run at 7am.
Why: This program is designed for women of all fitness levels. Whether this will be your first half marathon, or your 100th, you will benefit from and love this program.
What: 12 weeks of training together with other ladies through our run/walk program. Do you have to run the entire 13.1 miles? No. You do what works for you, we'll coach and train you along the way.
Where: On Saturdays we'll be meeting in the parking lot of Panera on Coleman in San Jose and then heading out on the Guadalupe River Trail. Our track workout location is TBD, but will be in San Jose.
Cost: Early Bird Registration is $129 by 6pm TODAY,
$149 for all registrants after 6pm.
You will receive 12 weeks of training (2x/week), a Team Kärna Fitness dri-fit t-shirt, and a Kärna Fitness water bottle or hat/visor.
