Steamboat Meat & Seafood Co. organized a tour of their facility and prepared appetizers for convention attendees, including making pasta. We appreciate Steamboat Meat & Seafood Co. and Brother's Custom Processing for hosting convention this year!

Chad Hollenbaugh and Rodney Schaffer from Con Yeager Spice Company did a great job with their wild game sausage demonstration.
