Happiness to Joy...
Welcome to the Fall Season! This Sunday we begin our Fall line-up of classes, programs and activities. The Ministry Fair featuring the various ministry opportunities will be open on the plaza before and after the Water's Edge service for you to peruse.
We also start a new series this Sunday called Life...Fulfilled. For the next four weeks, we'll be looking at how we can find Joy, Integrity, Community and Purpose in our lives.
We begin with joy. Joy is such an elusive concept. It's different than just being happy. Deep within, we all want to have this sense of joy in our lives and all we do. But often we mistake our pursuit of happiness for joy and we end up facing that emptiness when life is not fulfilled.
This week, we will look into how we can go from our pursuit of happiness to experiencing a true joy that only Jesus can provide in our lives. Come and join us this Sunday for the start of the new season!
