Be still and discover your center of peace. Through nature the ten thousand things move along, but each returns to its source. Returning to center is Peace. ~ Lao-tzu, The Tao
Happy Autumn Everyone!!
So, here we are, another season of transition as we continue to define and redefine ourselves over and over again. In this season water is the nature element of change. It represents the emotional body. The gift of water invites us to open ourselves to all things in life... accepting all that life brings while choosing to be a loving catalyst for change. Opening is a brave internal movement of trust that takes us into a new life that has been unfolding.
Autumn is also the season of centering the Soul. It's a wonderful time to quiet the mind as we go inward for reflection, contemplation and exploring the landscape of the Souls. "Through the centering process, the conscious mind is encouraged to pause in silence and then listen to the deep seated wisdom that guides us from the heart."
Autumn invites us to be witness to the wonderful merging of our own Heart and Soul. But it is not the season alone that brings this marriage about... With the recent cosmic activities of the Lion's Gate, Eclipses, Blood Moon and the Equinox, as well as the enormous downloads and upload of energy light and information, we continue ascending into our divine consciousness. We come ever more closer to the state of unity consciousness where a mere thought for loving action miraculously manifests into reality.
Enormous change is certainly here, we are all evolving whether we want to or not... a grand portal has opened. We are "feeling" more, our intuition is expanding, and it sometimes comes with an uncomfortable intensity. It's an incredible wave of light, color, sound, energy and information that integrates within us to facilitate our personal and spiritual growth. Some may begin to "see" other dimensions without realizing what we are seeing, but it's ok, before long this will be the norm. What many thought would be the 5th dimension, has gone beyond that... activation of our DNA, chakras, birth right gifts, and other aspects of ourselves has increased. The body is calibrating at a fast pace. Don't try to keep up... simply ride the wave. It's extraordinary. This is the right time as we go inward, and when we emerge the Soul is blossomed.
Ride the radiant wave of love to the light of God within...
Here are some ideas to celebrate Autumn while honoring your Heart and Soul!
To marry one's soul: Being true to who we are means carrying our spirit like a candle in the center of our darkness, If we are to live without silencing or numbing essential parts of who we are, a vow must be invoked and upheld within oneself. The same commitments we pronounce when embarking on a marriage can be understood internally as a devotion to the care of one's soul: to have and to hold... for better or for worse... in sickness and in health... to love and to cherish, till death do us part.
- sit quietly and center yourself.
- meditate on the fact that being centered includes your confusions and worries, the way a lake is a home for many birds and fish.
- breath gently, and let your breath be the water.

The Book of Awakening
Connecting to the element of water: Consciously prepare a bath for yourself. Use Epsom salts and essential oils As you soak in the bath, imagine the water seeing into you and dissolving your old structure or any stuck emotions. let yourself be held by the water, and allow the water to open you. Accept all of your emotions, let them flow, and then invite the water to wash them away. When you feel complete, pull the plug and visualize letting everything go down the drain.

The Four Elements of Change
Isis Exercise for Relaxation and Calm: Take a large piece of paper and crayon. Half fill a special bowl with water. Sit quietly and close your eyes. Move your head from side to side, and breathe gently to remove any tension. Open your eyes and raise your arms; allow then to move in relaxed, rhythmic wave shapes. Now trickle the water in the bowl through your fingers and listen to the sounds. Finally, draw patterns of flowing water, ripples and waves, in different colors. Sit and think about the gentle waves you have made.
