Happy Easter!
No school tomorrow; Good Friday, April 14
Easter means different things to different people. For some it's about candy and toys. For others, it's about family get-togethers and represents the comfort and warmth of home.  To still others, Easter Sunday is just another day... God is not involved.  But to many, and to us at Arma Dei Academy, Resurrection Sunday is much, much more.  To us Easter represents a connection to something and Someone greater; there is a meaning that is infinitely deeper.

To those who have put their faith and trust in Jesus, Easter is power, purpose, passion and the presence of God!  As we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ on Easter
Sunday, may we remember that "life is worth the living, just because He lives!"

Welcoming Faculty Into New Positions
Arma Dei Academy is pleased to announce that both first and fifth grade will welcome an additional section for the 2017-2018 school year.

Mrs. Sally Butler joins Mrs. Holden in teaching first grade. Returning to the classroom, Mrs. Butler, who holds an elementary teaching degree, brings experience teaching Pre-kindergarten through fourth grade. This Spring she has taught repeatedly at the first grade level and is thrilled to resume her greatest passion; that of teaching boys and girls about God and His world. She is looking forward to gleaning from Mrs. Holden's wisdom and experience. Welcome, Mrs. Butler!

Additionally, Mrs. Karen Hein joins Mrs. Wenger as the other fifth grade teacher. An experienced logic level Humanities teacher, Mrs. Hein welcomes a new adventure and brings enthusiasm, experience in writing and journalism, a keen sense of logic level learning, and dedication to preparing students for the future. Mrs. Wenger and Mrs. Hein will form a powerful fifth grade team! Welcome, Mrs. Hein!

The academy continues to enroll new students, interview and observe possible new faculty members and plan for the upcoming school year. We will continue to keep you apprised.

We value your opinion and feedback. Please take a moment a fill out the Wholesome Food survey to help us plan next year's menu.
