Remove all tiles in affected area to find leak |

Remove all rotted wood that needs to be replaced |

Reinforce existing damaged trusses with new ones (in this case 2x4) |

Apply new plywood deck and flashing (if needed) to secure transition |
|  Step 5
Apply felt base tin tagged (in this case 30lbs felts) |
|  Step 6
Application of modified bitumen tile underlayment, torched down |
|  Step 7
Embed membrane in two layers of roof cement (in this case 4 inches) |
|  Step 8
Install tile with sprayed polyfoam |
|  Step 9
