Samyama:
Keeping it Green Since 2013
In a continued effort to reduce consumer waste, beginning January 1st Samyama will
no longer offer cups for water and tea . Our decision reflects our commitment to the environment as well as our commitment to keeping Samyama a safe place to practice by reducing the chances of spills in the studio. We encourage all students and teachers to bring their own reusable, closed-top container.

Until the New Year, cups will still be available but our policy remains
‘no open containers in the studio’.

Food for Thought:
What is the first thing you reach for after 'Namaste'?
If it's your phone, consider this:
When your next class finishes, before you look at a screen, look at your heart.

Give the practice you've just completed a chance to integrate. Give the practice a chance to settle in your bones.

Give yourself - and your Self - time to experience the union
of body, mind and soul.
