Pre-K Gingerbread Decorating

Join us to have your child decorate a gingerbread person or tree at this special library event with stories and songs led by our new Librarian, Ms. Hannah. There will be dairy, gluten, and egg at this event.

Teen Book Club

Join our new librarian, Hannah Lee, with a Somewhat Virtual Book Club focused for grades 9-12. Teens will have the chance to Skype with the author and ask questions about her book! This month we will be reading 
Water in May
 by Ismee Williams.

Anime Showcase: Boruto

Drop-in to the YA Room for a screening the latest two episodes of Boruto: Naruto Next Generation. This is a teen-focused after-school program.

Want your voice to be heard? Attend our Teen Advisory Board and obtain 1 hour of volunteer time to help shape how the library serves teens. In this meeting, we will decide future volunteering opportunities and teen programs.

Teen Gift-Making
Thursday, Dec. 21
3:30-4:30PM

Teens in grades 6-12 are welcome to drop by the YA Room between 3:30-4:30 PM to make a Sugar Scrub Gift for their family members. This program has limited supplies and is First Come, First Serve.

Total Tutoring
Mondays, Dec. 4, 11, & 18
5:00-7:00PM 

Is your child struggling in school? Are other tutoring centers not working? Then join Total Tutoring today! It is run by high school students who want to give back to the community by helping our future leaders excel.
Tutoring is available for students in grades K-10  in math, science, English, history and world language. No registration necessary, but please arrive at the beginning of the session.
  • All students must bring their own school materials to sessions.
  • This is a volunteer organization, so sessions are completely free of charge.

1000 Books Before Kindergarten

The concept is simple,
the rewards are priceless!
Sign up at the Children's Reference Desk. 
Keep a log of each book you read to your baby, toddler, or preschooler. Earn prizes for every 25 books read and a free book for every 100 books!
