For many, 2017 has been a dramatic, intense, and often daunting year with many changes for all. It's easy to feel overwhelmed by it all. Creating new possibilities for our lives often means letting go and getting out of our comfort zone. We need to release that which we no longer need and that which no longer serves us. This can  include habits, disempowering beliefs & behaviors, relationships, places, jobs, and stuff!

This was a life changing year for me- one of release on profound levels resulting in a deepening inner peace, trust , acceptance, integrity  while experiencing the courage and sweetness of vulnerability.  I am finding this to be such a powerful place to make connections and decisions from in all areas of my life.
