RIDOT Bridge Inspection - Road Closure
Thursday, June 30th 9:00am - 3:00 pm
RIDOT will be out on Route 104 North and South, Farnum Pike, under Route 146, for bridge inspection. They will be alternating lane closures during this time.
Forth of July Observation
Town Hall Offices will be closed Monday, July 4th.
Anyone needing to conduct business with the Town Offices should plan accordingly.
Dept of Public Works News
Highway Garage Open Saturday 9am -3pm
No trash & recycling collection on Monday, July 4th.
Collection will be delayed 1 day for the remainder of the week.
Fire Safety Reminder
The NS Fire and Rescue Department would like to remind all residents that due to the drought conditions and heat
no open burning is permitted at all in Town.
Recreational (barbeques) fires, less than 3 feet in diameter and attended by a responsible person at all times are permitted. In order to avoid a tragedy, residents are asked to review the Open Burning Ordinance.
