Develop long lean muscles in a workout with a strong focus on posture, alignment and breath using elements from Ballet and Pilates, taught in a supportive non-competitive atmosphere. This class will not only tone your body, it will also focus the mind.

Pilates is a form of exercise done with concentration and control. It's a full body workout with no impact on joints. The basis of Pilates is to build CORE strength - the girdle-like cylinder that wraps around the torso to support the back and bring in the waistline. It also improves, alignment, balance, coordination, circulation, flexibility and posture.
