Happy May! Hopefully everyone celebrated (or survived) "May the 4th Be With You" and Cinco de Mayo over the weekend. Now it's time to tackle the rest of the fifth month in 2018!

RSVP by Wednesday for Chamber Luncheon
The Greater Irondale Chamber of Commerce is pleased to present Irondale Police Chief Ken Atkinson as our guest speaker at the membership luncheon THIS Thursday, May 10  at  Pine Tree Country Club .

Admission is $20 for GICC members, $25 for non-members, and we accept cash, check, or debit/credit card (sorry, not AmEx).

Please RSVP  no later than noon this Wednesday  by responding to our invitation email tomorrow or by  emailing Lynda  directly.

NOTE: We do not have a June luncheon, so join us on Thursday ... or we'll see you in July!

Ribbon Cutting with our Children
Join the Chamber and the  Irondale Arts Council  for a ribbon cutting ceremony THIS Friday, May 11, at 4:30 PM to dedicate the Friendship Garden made by children at Grantswood Community School. If you plan to attend the Family Reading Picnic afterward, contact the school.
