Jericho Ministries 2014 Year at a Glance
In January St Luke's Hilton Head came to help us build a prayer gazebo

In February Cedars Christian School from Prince George, BC came and blessed the children with shopping outings, a trip to Agua Splash, and two Spiritual retreats.
In April two of our girls, Carmen and Lisel, went on their first mission trip to........Belize! with the Princess Warriors!

Then in May we had a wonderful time with team members from Teen Challenge New England.  They did am amazing week long Vacation Bible School for our kids and then we did an outreach in one of the poorest barrios in Tegucigalpa together.  

In that same month we were able to be with our beloved sister Gail as she went onto gloryland.  We miss her dearly.  Her passion to help the children of Jericho was unequaled.


In June, Michelle's dream of going to hear Pastor Dante Gebel came true.  Here Elvia and are chatting with him when he invited us to come forward in one of their summer evangelistic services in Anaheim, CA.
 

In July a team from Seoul Baptist Church returned and we did outreaches together.  They blessed us by cooking Korean food for our whole gang all week long and  by taking us to Pizza Hut!

We then celebrated the 15th Birthday of five of our girls!  

In September we had a special Family Day for the families of our children.  Here Maricela prays for one of the mothers.


In October we celebrated our youngest family member's Birthday!  Captain America turned 4!


In November Elvia was given a special award from Vital Voices for her leadership at the Villa!

Also in November, Katherine and her sister Yadira joined our family.  They are 2 of 9 children whom God brought to us this year!


At the end of November, Abby, Angie and Lisel graduated from Jericho Christian Faith High School.  We are so proud of these beautiful girls!  Here they are pictured with Carmen and Vanesa.

In December we were able to buy the first of two vans that we have been praying for.  Thank you so much to all of you who gave to make this a reality!



In December God moved powerfully on the hearts of the women He has called us to reach out to.  We were able to buy a small Christmas tree for each of our guests and they made ornaments to decorate them.

And as they say on facebook......thank you for being a part of our year.  You really have been a part of it and we are thankful for each of you and your dedication to help our family.  We pray that you will know Him more and that He will guide you clearly in 2015 and empower you to do all that He has for you to do!  With much love!
