Town Hall Meeting - January 8, 6:30pm
Save the date: Join us for a town hall meeting on Monday, January 8 in the Sanctuary at 6:30pm to review Trinity's Century II campus development plan as it was originally conceived, to take stock of where we currently are, and begin a discussion on how we move forward with campus planning in order to build and support ministry.

Voters Meeting, Sunday January 14
Regularly scheduled voters meeting and follow up discussion and/or vote from Town Hall meeting about Trinity's campus use for ministry.  Please plan to attend.

Donuts and Devos - MS & HS Bible Study Begins Jan 21
A Sunday morning Bible Study for youth in Middle-High School will begin on Sunday, January 21, 2018, at 9:30 a.m. in the undercroft Youth Room. Come for treats...stay for truth!

2017 Offering Statements - Address Changes
If your address has changed, please send your updated email address to the finance office so you end of year offering statements will be sent to the correct address.  Email Ms. Liz Roberts at liz.roberts@trinitydowntown.com .

Servant Saturday (Event: January 27  Meeting: January 20)
Trinity's next Servant Saturday event, where the Trinity Family goes out into the community to serve others, will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at Redeeming Life Outreach Ministries in Sanford, Florida from 9am to 2pm. There will be an informational meeting held on Sunday, January 20th at 12:30 PM in the Fellowship Hall. Please contact Terry Boggs at mammierocks@yahoo.com if you are interested in participating. Some of the areas that are needed for help:
  1. Winter Cleaning-Living room and kitchen is in need of deep cleaning.
  2. Refurbish Patio-Electrical expertise is needed to add a ceiling fan, staining or painting metal frames for patio furniture, hanging up pictures on cement walls, and help with redecorating with materials provided.
  3. Mommy's Day Out- Need two babysitters to give moms a few hours without their child (16 yrs and above).
  4. Wooden Swing- Knowledge of staining a swing.
  5. 2nd Patio- carpentry knowledge to add counter space for kitchenette, decorate with items given, and electrical expertise.
At the meeting on Sunday, January 20, more detailed information will be given. There will be a sign up sheet in the Narthex beginning Sunday, January 7th.

Summer VBS 2018 - Planning Meeting Jan 28
Coming to Trinity next summer, June 18-22. The first planning meeting will be held on Sunday, January 28 at 12:30 p.m. Please join Julia Malenke to hear more about the SHIPWRECKED curriculum and how you can help!
 
Carwash January 28
On Sunday, January 28th the 7th and 8th graders will be washing cars for $5.00 each. They will be outside the Magnolia Building from 7:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. ready to make the outside of your car look clean and sparkling! Park your car by the Magnolia Building before the church service your attending starts. An attendant will be there to show you a spot to park and collect the $5.00. The students will wash your car while you're at church. It will be ready for you to pick up after the worship service. You'll find a special note from the students on your car - look for it on the windshield. Thank you for supporting the 7th and 8th graders by getting your car washed. Easter Event 2018
Coming to Trinity Saturday, March 24 , 2018 is "Walk with Jesus" - an interactive family event to teach and celebrate the key events of Holy Week. The first planning meeting for volunteers will be held on Tuesday, February 6 , 2018 at 6pm in the downstairs conference room of the Magnolia Building. Please join us to hear more about the WALK WITH JESUS curriculum and how you can help!

CPR & First Aid Training - Feb 17
Trinity is hosting CPR and First Aid Training which is open to Trinity families and staff February 17, from 9am-12pm here on campus. The special reduced cost for the class is $20 per person. If you would like to sign up, please email CDCFrontdesk@trinitydowntown.com or call the office and ask to speak with Meridith Swanson by February 2. Payment is required in advance. $20 cash or check will be accepted; checks should be made payable to Trinity.
