This year we encourage you to create healthy, obtainable markers for yourself by seeking just a little more balance and function - all the other stuff will follow!
Start with a class that fits in your schedule that you can commit to weekly. Or better yet, sign up for our Beginners' Yoga Series on Sunday afternoons - it's a great way to make a small commitment to yourself. Look ahead for the dates with our Medicine Dance or Yamuna Body Rolling workshops and sign-up in advance - you'll be glad you did! Most of all, remember to schedule your health and wellness activities with the same priority that you schedule your work and volunteer activities - your body, mind, and spirit will thank you!
