Happy New Year from DVFBC!
Start With Why in 2018
Plus Member Updates & Upcoming Programs

Happy New Year, Fellow Travelers!

Our theme for 2018 is Start With Why. Whether working with Management, Shareholder, or Family Teams, our Leadership Labs, or our internal DVFBC Team, one of our long-standing principles is to create written Annual Growth Plans that are viewed regularly to track progress and to maintain accountability.

A few years ago we were inspired by Simon Sinek's Start With Why concept, which has been valuable as a foundation to our goal setting process. All Members will be receiving this inspiring book as part of your Membership Package, which we will integrate into our 2018 Events.

As
many of you know, I recently joined the Grandparents' Club! I invite you to read how becoming a grandparent fits into my own Why.

Lean in and take the first step toward your hoped-for future!

In the words of Simon Sinek, "Dream big. Start small. But most of all, start."

Best,
