Eatfitters began in Houston 2010. They believe there is a healthy alternative to fast food and they guide customers on how to Eat Fit for Life! Every Eatfitters has a nutritionist on site. Prepared daily, their fresh meals are pre-portioned and
 individually packaged to take on-the-go, or heat and eat right in their restaurant! Every meal is carefully measured to meet the FDA labeling nutrition guidelines; including allergens. Their meals are high in protein, low in sodium and taste great. It's that simple!

Laura Moss knew early in her career that she had a passion for creativity, digital media and communication, and she wanted to build a future immersed in it. She studied Mass Communication and Public Relations at Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. While studying the field, she felt compelled to be a part of the marketing and advertising world. She is excited to increase her knowledge, and develop her career working with the You Squared Media team.
