Dear GW-CEPL Alumni and Friends,

Presidential and Administration changes can create uncertainty across sectors.  In the news, for example, in  Government Executive and Federal Times , topics covering budgets, hiring decisions, and resource availability are addressed daily.   During such times of uncertainty and change, leadership and decision making are vital at every level.
The George Washington University Center for Excellence in Public Leadership  (GW-CEPL)  is committed to developing public leaders who make a positive difference in their organizations and the lives of the people they serve.  GW- CEPL stands out as one of the nation's premier institutions for leadership development and innovation.  As a highly trusted partner of government agencies, we pride ourselves on our impact.   We would like to highlight a couple of our programs here, especially during transitions:   Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Leadership Coaching .
  • Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) is designed to provide you with the fundamental concepts and processes, principles, tools and techniques of ERM in the context of organizational change. The program will not only develop your knowledge of ERM, but also provide you with practical applications relevant to your organization.
>>Please read more about ERM on our website .
  • Our Leadership Coaching uses a holistic model of development and change -- one that encompasses and accounts for the context in which we live while simultaneously acknowledging our individual journey in life.  Together, we co-create your leadership map that generates powerful action aligned with your values and goals.
>>Please read more about our Leadership Coaching programs on our website.
