Wow!
What a summer we have had in Columbus, Ohio. The City is rolling with world class events led by the hard work of The Greater Columbus Sports Commission. I could not be more excited for the second year of The OhioHealth Capital City Half Marathon hosting the USA Half Marathon National Championships. We will again broadcast the event live on WBNS 10TV! We also have some new exciting announcements for Cap City this year we can't wait to share with you.
We are working hard planning the Cap City CELEBRATION for all 15,000 of you running and walking with us. Registration is UP more than 50 percent so far this year thanks to YOU. If you are not registered yet, make sure you register by August 31st and SAVE $10.
While I have enjoyed a little break over the summer for our team to have some family vacation and to "sharpen our saw" a bit, I miss meeting with you at our start lines and celebrating you at the finish lines.
The M3S Sports 2016-17 event schedule starts this week as we launch a new celebration of Championship Golf and Fitness at the Run To A Championship Four Miler on August 9th. The events is a partnership with the U.S. Senior Open, which will be held this week at Scioto Country Club. It is not to late to join us. We do have a few registrations left and you can register on a first come, first served basis at packet pickup or at the start line.
After that we enter into the fall season before we get back to Cap City.

Earn Your "Gold Medal" and Free Margarita at The Emerald City Half & Quarter Marathon
The event, which has grown into THE annual Celebration of Summer Fitness, will once again begin and end at Dublin Methodist Hospital.
NEW THIS YEAR: This year's Post-Race Party will be held at Amigos Mexican Restaurant, which is just a few steps away from the Finish Line. All participants will receive complimentary Casamigos Margaritas, appetizers, chips, salsa and guacamole.
We created the the Quarter Marathon distance at the Inaugural Emerald City, and the distance has become one of our most popular as participants move from running 5K and 4-mile events to Cap City.
