Wherever you may be today, I hope you have an amazing Thanksgiving with your loved ones. Remember, the first official Thanksgiving back in 1619   was right here in Virginia.  

I'm back on the Delmarva Peninsula, where I grew up, visiting with family and friends. We have so many things to be thankful for. 

So, set your scales back 10 pounds, eat well and be merry.
