Finding Home Premiers to Sello ut Carolina Film Festival Audiences

Nick Westfall's inspirational and touching adoption movie had its public debut at the Cucalorus Film Festival last weekend, where it premiered to a sellout audience and received rave reviews.

From Salt Magazine: "A stellar debut film for local screenwriter and director Nick Westfall, this narrative feature tells the heartstring-tugging story of Courtland, a down-on-his-luck teacher (Cullen Moss,  One Tree HillResurrection), and his young, newly orphaned nephew Oskar (Abel Zukerman). Believable and witty, the r elationship between this unlikely pair morphs from bristly to bonded while they search their wacky extended family for a home for Oskar "Trading Mom"-style. The natural comedy, a well-written showcase of local character actors, does not overshadow this heartfelt adoption story; there will be tears."

Sunny Jacobs and Peter Pringle

Sonia 'Sunny' Jacobs and Peter Pringle each served over a decade on death row-Jacobs 17 years in the United States and Pringle 15 years in Ireland. Both were exonerated after their convictions were overturned for murders that they did not commit, and they later met and married. Sunny and Peter are inspirational messengers against the death penalty, campaigning for human rights and reminding us of the power of the human spirit to triumph over adversity, suffering, and injustice. They travel worldwide, telling their story and shining a light of peace, justice, and healing for others who have been wrongfully convicted. We are looking forward to bringing their heartfelt and inspirational next book to readers worldwide.
