NOV 28 Dickens of a Christmas
Paducah, KY-
Historic downtown Paducah will be bustling with holiday shoppers and Christmas cheer on Saturday, November 28 during the Dickens of a Christmas Small Business Saturday event organized by Paducah Main Street.
From 10 am until 5 pm downtown Paducah will be transformed into a Dickens atmosphere with free Victorian carriage rides, dancers, carolers, and characters in costume.

DEC 3 - 5 Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre
Paducah, KY  
Our latest mystery takes place a year after filming was halted on the horror film,
Dead and Deader,
 following the death of its star, Lacey La Fleur. Now the director of the film, Frederico De Medici (
Tony Kitchen) is attempting to complete the casting with auditions of audience members to take on some of the roles. All is not well, however, as cast members could end up the next victims in this deadly comedy. It's up to you to solve the mystery! .
  Seating begins at 6:30 PM. Tickets are $35 per person, which include the show and dinner (catered by Neil's Catering). There will be a cash bar available at the venue.

Belle Brezing: From the Wrong Side of the Tracks to the Silver Screen 

There have been stories, legends and tales about Christmas truces that took place during World War I between German and British troops in 1914. The details are sometimes shifting but there seemed to be a core truth to the story. Author Terri Blom Crocker will share her research and her book,
The Christmas Truce on Saturday, December 5 at 2 p.m. at the McCracken County Public Library.
