New church plants: Our Mission is to help establish, grow, and encourage Ethnic churches. Exciting new inter-cultural church plants are underway! We just credentialed an Ethiopian minister who started a new assembly in his home, and has already relocated to a larger facility in N. Seattle. Another Vietnamese group is preparing to launch their church in Vancouver, WA. Pastor Yishak Hirpo in the picture below is the first Ethiopian pastor in this region.

Filipino church dedication: Pastor James Reyes has planted three churches in the past several years. Until now, they have rented all of their worship sites. Finally, the first of these churches has acquired a sanctuary of their own, and the building was dedicated amid a joyous celebration! Along with worship and preaching, many of the people were dressed in colorful costumes from the islands.

Samoan church chartered: Dave was asked to represent the Assemblies of God at the charter service of the Jehovah Jireh church . The Samoans honored the A/G missionaries who brought the Pentecostal message to their islands. During the service Dave presented pastor Kapeneta Leaupeptele with the plaque of recognition; and brought the dedicatory message.

We have been serving as Assemblies of God missionaries since 1970, first as world missionaries to Brazil, and now as US missionaries assigned to help the ethnic churches of our fellowship. Thanks to faithful friends like you we are able to continue our calling! Please keep us, and the 18 people groups we work with, in your prayers!
