For true chocoholics, this decadent creation is pure heaven.
Flourless Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
8 oz semisweet baking chocolate, chopped
4 oz unsweetened baking chocolate, chopped
3/4 cup unsalted butter, cubed
1/4 teaspoon salt
6 eggs, room temperature
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
Powdered sugar or unsweetened baking cocoa, as desired
Directions
Heat oven to 325°F. Spray 9-inch round cake pan with cooking spray.
Microwave chocolates and butter in large microwavable bowl uncovered on High in 1-minute increments until mixture can be stirred smooth, 3 to 4 minutes. (Or melt on stove in saucepan over low heat.)
In another large bowl, beat eggs and granulated sugar with electric mixer 10 minutes. Mixture will lighten and become thick. Fold in chocolate mixture with large rubber spatula. Pour into pan.
Bake about 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool completely; remove from pan. Sprinkle generously with powdered sugar or cocoa before serving.

Congratulations to Nick and Sarah Bettlach on the birth of their third child. Harper Kathryn Bettlach was born this morning at 5:50 am. Harper joins sister Payton, and brother Carter.
