The Belvedere will offer a delectable three-course Mother's Day menu featuring free-flowing Nicolas Feuillatte Champagne. Sample favorites like are Our Own Smoked Salmon with Baby Beet Salad, Arugula and Tarragon Vinaigrette; Citrus Shrimp Cocktail with Kaffir Lime-Avocado Purée, Grilled Hearts of Palm and Citrus Tapioca Pearls and Grilled Angus Beef Tenderloin with Spinach, King Cherries, Black Pepper Pommes Boulangère and Bordelaise Sauce. For dessert, guests will be invited to sample from the decadent pastry buffet.
