Dr. Delores Jones-Brown

Summit Keynote:   "Defining Justice in This Moment"
Delores Jones-Brown, J.D., Ph.D. is a Professor in the Department of Law, Police Science and Criminal Justice Administration at John Jay College of Criminal Justice, City University of New York. She was the founding director of the John Jay College Center on Race, Crime and Justice. For ten years, she taught graduate courses in the John Jay Police Studies Certificate Program aimed at developing police leaders who can work effectively with multicultural populations. 


Redditt Hudson

Breakfast Keynote: "Police Accountability - The Way Forward"
Redditt Hudson is the NAACP Regional Field Organizer for Region IV.  Redditt Hudson is a co-founder of the National Coalition of Law Enforcement Officers for Justice, Reform, and Accountability (NCLEOJ), a growing coalition of current and former officers nationwide that are committed to ending institutional racism in the criminal justice system and police culture.  He is the board chair of the St. Louis based Ethics Project and he is a former St. Louis police officer.   


Ngozi Ndulue

Special Law Enforcement Plenary Moderator & Ban the Box Workshop
Ngozi Ndulue is the NAACP's Senior Director of Criminal Justice Programs.  In this role, she provides leadership and direction for the NAACP's efforts to reform the criminal legal system.   She also works on grassroots projects and campaigns to support NAACP field units in addressing the disproportionate representation of African American and other populations of color at all levels of criminal and juvenile justice systems. 

 
 

Governor Terry Branstad & Iowa Supreme Court Chief Justice Mark Cady


The Summit attendees will also hear from Iowa Governor Terry Branstad and Iowa Supreme Court Justice Mark Cady, along with a full slate of experts from across Iowa and the country.
