After six years on Eagle Road, Ruthie’s Eyes moved to Brookline Boulevard last September and has been a great addition to the business district. The larger has allowed them to add new staff and to take on more clients.

Ruthie Falkenstein, the owner of Ruthie’s Eyes, has loved Havertown since she was small child. While growing up in Drexel Hill, she often spent her afternoons with her friends in Havertown. “I felt at home when I was here,” explained Ruthie. Havertown was a natural choice for Ruthie to raise her two daughters. She moved here seven years ago, and her daughters attend Chatham Park and Haverford Middle School.

Ruthie believes in working one-on-one with each of her clients to promote their well being and confidence, and she conducts business within the overlapping realms of wellness and beauty. “During Esthetician School, I did not picture myself as a small business owner.  But after graduation I quickly realized that starting my own business was the best way to do the work that I am most passionate about.”

Ruthie’s Eyes offers a variety of products and services related to wellness, skincare, and make-up artistry, including facials, waxing, eyelash extensions and microblading. Coinciding with their focus on wellness, Ruthie’s is a firm believer in essential oils and offers a product line from dōTERRA. From essential oils to make-up, Ruthie’s works to make sure all of their products are high quality.
