As we told you in our last email, ROPE retained Powers At Law to write an Amicus brief on behalf of our board members and all those who worked so hard to stop Common Core in Oklahoma. John Paul Jordan, a Yukon attorney, was retained by the Tulsa 912 Project to write an Amicus brief on their behalf.

Since our last email, two other Amicus briefs in support of HB3399 have been filed  - one on behalf of Professional Oklahoma Educators and another by Eagle Forum Education and Legal Defense Fund.  If you would like to stay abreast of the case, you can find information on the Oklahoma State Courts Network.
