I'm deeply honored to be a part of this years Nobel Peace Prize Forum in Minneapolis as a workshop presenter alongside John Noltner of A Peace of My Mind.

Documentary photography John Noltner and I will share how our work has been inspired by Nobel Peace Laureates and we will facilitate conversation on the importance of listening to one another's stories, "storydwelling" in practice.

"Cucumbered" is one artist's creative journey toward an integrated life of wonder, wisdom and wellbeing. thoughts on navigating the challenges of being an artist (traveling, low budgets, irregular schedules, etc...) and still practicing mindful habits to be at my best energy, creativity and performance. i'm "cucumbered" because i have realized that i must be attentive to my physical needs for me to have freedom in the rest of my being. and, well, i also just really like cucumbers ~ crisp, cool and refreshing. smiley face.
