Helena College Day at the Fairgrounds
This event is designed to bring all of our staff and faculty together under one roof to show our community the tremendous opportunities Helena College provides.
You may begin setting up your booth between 1pm and 5pm on Thursday, April 20th or at 8am on Friday, April 21st. The doors are open to the public Friday at 10am and the event concludes at 3pm that day. Take down will be shortly after 3pm as we must be vacated by 5pm. Please remember that the College is open that day. If you work in a service area, please work with your supervisor to ensure that area is covered.
Booths will include 6' tables, table cloths & skirts, program cards, booth signs, one 2 outlet power source, and chairs. You may also bring anything else you would like to make it a fun and informative booth.
If you are planning to hang signs or posters in your booth, please bring binder clips as pins are not permitted on the booth fabric.
Lunch will be provided. (Jimmy Johns sandwiches, pizza, cookies and bottled water) You are welcome to bring your own food based on your needs and preferences and there will be an employee hospitality area for your use. Please ensure your booth is covered while you're away.
HC Apparel has arrived and has been distributed. Please remember to wear Helena College apparel, comfortable shoes and your Helena College name tag that day.
