My name is Meg Patch and I am the new Volunteer Coordinator at FotoFest International.
I started at FotoFest in January as an assistant to the Volunteer Coordinator and the Auction Coordinator during the 2014 Biennial, so many of you may have met me already.
For those of you whom I have not met, I'm excited to meet you in the near future and help you get set up with some pretty amazing volunteering opportunities. Thank you for your support to this great organization. FotoFest could not present its programs without the help of great volunteers such as each and every one of you. I hope you are all excited about the upcoming opportunities in Fall 2014!
We are currently looking for volunteers for Houston's two art fairs - the Texas Contemporary Art Fair, September 4 - 7, 2014 and the Houston Fine Art Fair, September 18 - 21, 2014. Both fairs are great opportunities to see art and meet new people, while helping FotoFest at our booth!
As an added bonus, we will give you a VIP Multi-Day Pass for the fair you help us out with. Your pass will include admission to the VIP Party on Thursday, September 4 from 7:30-10:00pm for the Texas Contemporary Art Fair and Thursday, September 18 from 7:30-9:30pm for the Houston Fine Art Fair, as well as admission and access to that fair throughout the entire weekend. After signing up for a shift you can either email me to request a link to the pass, or pick up your pass at FotoFest Headquarters.
