One Heartland is excited to begin its 19th year of service to children, youth and their families facing HIV/AIDS, type 2 diabetes, homelessness or identifying as GLBTQ!  2011 was a year of new beginnings, additional programming and most importantly, lots of fun!  We look forward to an amazing summer of camping programs as well as year-round support for our campers -- thanks to you!
