The Federation's Communication Committee is working to help us navigate the increasingly complicated world of social media, outreach and marketing. Much of the Federation's contact information for our community members is out of date. Many people have unique communication preferences. By filling this request fully you will be helping the Federation make sure we have your most current information and are communicating with you in the way you want. As an incentive and thank you for helping us with this data, each household member who completes the form will be entered into a drawing for a Free iPad.
For those of you who are not technologically inclined, you may submit the paper form which is available at the Federation and on our website. Paper entries will also count in the drawing for the tablet.
The information collected will be used only for Federation purposes and will help insure no one in our community gets left behind. The Federation will never share your information with anyone without your direct explicit consent.
