So what if the weather is a bit hit and miss! As far as we are concerned, Summer time has arrived and come rain or shine nothing is going to stop us from walking tall, bearing a bit of flesh (modestly of course) and making the most of the holidays...

So....Best we work a bit on that body then! 

This summer we have a very special offer on all our Body Back After Baby, Postnatal Pilates and Pilates Flow classes. Whether your baby is 6 weeks or 6 years old, there is a combination of classes suitable to you.

For just £315 you can attend up to 24 sessions up until the 19th August. With 7 different classes to choose from there are plenty of opportunities for you to get yourself back into shape over the next 8 weeks for your summer holiday, or perhaps work off some holiday excesses on your return. 

Your sessions include.... 

Body Back After Baby
A weight management and cardio/strength based class where we will work with you on nutrition, fitness and weight loss. Classes are held at Nuffield Health Club, Wandsworth on Tuesdays and Thursday at 1.30pm.  Babies Welcome 

Pilates Flow
A unique class devised by Jane and practiced by celebrities such as Lorraine Kelly and Nadia Sawahla. This is an advanced Pilates class devised for mums when you are ready to pep up the pace from our postnatal class. Classes held in Balham (ReCentre and Heaver studios)  - 8.15pm, , 8.30pm and in Earlsfield at It's A Kid's Thing at 10am. Our Earlsfield class is run in conjunction with our Dad's Coffee Club (Free kids play whilst you workout - email us for more details)  

Postnatal Pilates
Suitable for Mums whose babies are just a few weeks old. Learn the best way to get back into exercise post having a baby. Space available in our Balham class on Monday's 9.30am and Clapham at 11am.  Babies Welcome

By doing a combination of Body Back and Pilates Flow and/or Postnatal Pilates classes you will notice a difference in your body after only a few weeks. This is the ideal way to get you quickly and surely into shape for your Summer holiday. Our Postnatal Pilates and Body Back classes have baby zones so that you can safely exercise with your baby in tow. Nobody understands the needs of you as a mum better than we do!  Classes are intimate and based on giving you as much individual care and attention as we can to ensure your success. You will also find yourself amongst like minded mums - some of the best friendships are formed here at Baby A-Wake!
