Loomis Basin Chamber of Commerce Newsletter
February 2017

President's Message:

Our Discover Loomis Business Expo was a fantastic start to the New Year, and reinforces the Chamber's commitment to our members and connecting business to our local businesses.  The 2017 Board of Directors recently held our annual planning retreat, and we will be rolling out some great initiatives for this year.  We hope your 2017 business goals include your involvement in the Chamber.  The Chamber offers many different ways to become involved including mixers, networking, educational workshops, committtees and events.
Let us help grow your business by getting involved in your Chamber.

Ambassador's Tip:
Business to Business through the Chamber

One of the many benefits and privileges of belonging to the Loomis Basin Chamber of Commerce is the gift of supporting other small business owners who are part of the Chamber Membership.

The Chamber website has a membership directory tab that I find so easy and helpful to use when I have a service or business need. I just select the tab and I have so many options and information at my fingertips!!!

I will be honest, that it took some discipline to check out the Chamber website before just Googling or Yelping it, but it feels so right to support my local community!

Within the last 6 months, I have used or requested estimates from Figs Landscaping, Select Electrical, Lisac Kitchen & Bathroom, Nelthorpe & Son Appliance, Valley Rock, Clark Pest Control, Barstool & Dinette Factory Outlet, Homewood Building Supply, Modern Mountain Cabinets, Eye Chicks, Ocean Shore Printing,  US Bank, and just recently I used For Great Tee's to have some imprinting done for advertising.

I can say that from personal experience, that Loomis Basin Chamber of Commerce has outstanding quality business owners!  I would highly recommend using the membership directory the next time you are ready to spend your hard earned money!!! Not only will you get great services and products, supporting small business but you will be doing your part to keep Loomis the small town we all love!!!!

My logo and business information was imprinted by For Great Tee's and the countertop shown was provided and installed by Lisac Kitchen & Bathroom.

Your copy should address 3 key questions: Who am I writing for? (Audience) Why should they care? (Benefit) What do I want them to do here? (Call-to-Action).

Create a great offer by adding words like "free" "personalized" "complimentary" or "customized." A sense of urgency often helps readers take an action, so think about inserting phrases like "for a limited time only" or "only 7 remaining!"
