OSLC News & Updates
Longer, "slightly" warmer days, daffodils in bloom, Daylight Savings time this weekend.... dare I say, "Spring has Sprung"? Don't want to jinx it, but we Northwesterners will grab on to what little dry weather we can and look at it optimistically though our equinoctial-colored glasses. Bring on the Spring!

Lenten Soup Suppers for 2018
As a church community, we gather to share a simple meal of soup and bread on the Wednesdays of Lent at 6:00 pm in the Fireside Room. It is an opportunity to remember those who go without on a regular basis, as well as to unite as one group with a common purpose. After eating together, we move to the sanctuary for worship service at 7 p.m. Supper/Services continue on consecutive Wednesdays now through March 21.

News From Royal Family Kids Camp
“Following New Blueprints” - “For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.” (Jeremiah 29:11) This is the theme and Bible verse for the 2018 Royal Family KIDS Summer Camp. A week at camp will help the campers begin to build a new life filled with hope.

For those unable to volunteer, there are several ways you may support the fundraising efforts of RFK:

Shopping – signup with AmazonSmile and Fred Meyer Community Rewards programs to have charitable dollars donated to RFK. For more information see the flyer in the narthex.

Fishing – participate in the Kings for the Kids fishing tournament, dinner and auction in April. Info sheet in the narthex.

Golfing – participate in the OSLC golf tournament and dinner this summer.
