BACK BENDS WORKSHOPA special back-bending workshop with LAUREN PETERSONBackbends are about dumping the past, unburdening and moving bravely into the unknown. Can you be comfortable with uncertainty? Practicing backbends can help. Deepening backbends is not just about bending the spine. We also need to stretch the hip flexors and shoulders, and open our hearts. We will work within a flow class, and explore how to use some basic postures and stretches, to begin to prepare the body for deeper more challenging poses. Forward bending will finish the workshop, so everyone leaves balanced and happy.
These are just a few. Lots of other great classes for the beginner and advanced yogi alike. Bookmark our
upcoming live-streaming yoga schedule page and check it often!
