Perhaps you have been on my
FullForceFitness email list for a while but you've never "pulled the trigger" and taken
advantage of my fitness boot camp program.
I'm going on my 6th year in the boot camp business.
These boot camp classes have come a
long way since those dark and creepy early mornings out at
Elizabeth Milburn Park.
Don't get me wrong, the park is great but in my first year, I had
the boot campers out in the middle of the park.
There are no lights there.
You have to walk through the creepy
woods to get there.
What was I thinking?
Fast Forward to 2010.
Now we are so fortunate to be in a
6000 sq foot indoor facility called XFC Training
Center.

our location)
We still train outdoors but now we have the option of training both
indoors and outdoors.
We've got a ton of equipment to utilize such as:
- 15 or so heavy bags
- Dumbbells
- Medicine balls
- Gymnast Rings
- Core balls
- Tractor tires
- Sledgehammers
- Plyometric Boxes
- 20 Foot Climbing rope
- MMA cage
- Boxing Ring
- Matted floors
- and much more!
(and yes, we have separate men's and women's restrooms)
I rotate about 20 - 30 different scalable workouts.
These workouts are for everyone -
men, women, beginner, advanced.
We play fitness games, we have built in fitness challenges (max
effort days) every 8 weeks to see what kind of progress we're
making
and I offer performance
enhancing nutritional guidance to our members.
I've recorded a nutritional CD for our members.

Yes, I follow my own nutritional advice.
I've lost 18 pounds since April 2010 by following this nutritional
program - and there's nothing to buy.

making for 3 very active little boys.
I feel much better at this weight (181lbs) am more athletic and
lighter on my feet.
And, just like you, I want results
in the limited time that I have to exercise.
I appreciate how having tons of energy and vibrant health enhances
my life in every single area.
And, of course, the mental aspect of
fitness is priceless.
As I was discussing with 2 ladies the other morning before a max
effort workout,
you have to become
comfortable, feeling uncomfortable.
Example: it's not always comfortable running at a maximum effort,
trying to beat your personal best time, lungs burning, legs
burning, your mind telling you to stop, your mind telling you to
take it easy.
But once you get comfortable with
this, and squash those inner doubts...a beautiful reward
awaits.
You begin to really make super progress (always work within your
capabilities and practice safety).
Mental toughness
improves.
Body fat
begins to disappear.
Energy increases.
Confidence
increases.
Mood improves.
Overall
health improves.
And it's easiest to exercise in a supportive group setting as it
brings the group closer together, focus is improved and people tend
to stick with it.
