Now through June 1, congregants are welcome to bring any damaged prayer books/ritual objects to the synagogue office, to be included in our ritual object burial at Crescent Memorial Park in Pennsauken. Items can also be brought directly to the service on June 3.

Sunday, June 3, 5:00 pm  
Celebrate M'kor Shalom's shining lights: Rolane Sunshine, Harriet Uris & Judi Weinberg and Sarah Zalcmann. Live performance by the highly acclaimed Jewish Bluegrass band Nefesh Mountain. Enjoy cocktail hour, plated dinner, dessert and more. Contact the synagogue office for ticket and sponsor availability.

Join with our Caring Community & Social Action Committees for an evening of fellowship and worship. Enjoy a potluck supper followed by our Erev Shabbat Service. M'kor Shalom has formed a team to join in the Anti-Defamation League's Walk Against Hate, at Philadelphia's Navy Yard. This event celebrates diversity and challenges bigotry. $25/adult; $10/child.For more information and to register, visit WalkAgainstHate.org. When registering, you can search by Team Name (Congregation M'kor Shalom) or Captain's Name (Kim Coffina). After this walk, you will have plenty of time to get ready for M'kor Or "Source of Light" Evening of Honors at 5:00 pm.

We have collection bins in both the main office and the school office. Drop off during regular office hours. These materials will be recycled and the congregation will receive a cash rebate. A win-win opportunity!
