IN CHERISHED MEMORY
On Nov. 6, 2013, Mayor Shmuel Rifman and Mayor Michael Hancock established a Friendship City agreement between Denver and Ramat HaNegev, Israel, resulting in the exchange of hundreds of high school-aged youth and young professionals.
On January 30 2017, Mayor Rifman passed.
May his memory be a blessing.
