Annual Meeting: Your money. Your voice. Your vote. Your ownership. Thanks to everyone who attended our Annual Membership Meeting on Feb. 27. With over 130 people in attendance, we reviewed our financial condition and GKCU is stronger than ever. We also elected new officials; recognized employees and volunteers and, of course, put smiles on faces with drawings for cash prizes. 2017 looks bright and we owe that to you: our Members! Attn: Class of 2017 Seniors: That time is almost here -- have you sent in your GKCU college scholarship application? Deadline is March 17 (postmarked). You can also drop it off by any GKCU branch. Be sure to include, with the application, two letters of recommendation, official transcript, and your essay. Good luck to all our seniors heading either off to school or into the workforce. GKCU is very proud of all that lies ahead for you.

How 'bout it BABY? Spring makes us cry like babies... March of Dimes babies that is. #TEAMGKCU is gearing up for another great year of FUNdraising for this cause that has been close to our hearts for over 30 years. Stop by our branches for your sweet tooth with candy & bake sales; fun raffles & even Chick Fil A day (March 3 at Fraser St). And don't forget our annual Blastin' for Babies Clays Tournament on April 8 at BackWoods Quail Club. Sponsorships & participants are needed!
