Kraft Classic & Checking Changes
: Due to the higher demand for online services and debit/credit card use, updates are coming to Kraft Classic: one free box of checks per year and limit on number of cashiers checks issued at the branch. To see all the benefits with Kraft Classic, click here. Also, the price of a box of checks will increase for some designs with average box of duplicate checks around $23.00.

Get Your Refund Fast: Faster is not always better unless your talking about tax refunds! Ensure you get your refund faster by routing your deposit with the correct account number. If depositing into your Savings enter your MEMBER number plus 2-digit code (00 for regular savings); for Checking enter in 12-digit number (easily found on bottom of check). If you need help,
ask a GKCU employee. If the incorrect number is given, refunds will be returned to the IRS for check mailing. Also, if check made payable to multiple signers, make sure you are both present if you want to cash the check in our lobby.
Trying to decide if you should file now or wait? Don't put off the unavoidable if you can by filing taxes early.

Fundraisers are a great way for the community to support a cause or event. But when you teach how the funds are raised, why and how they will be spent, it becomes a learning experience. GKCU is proud of Mrs. Intrieri's 7th grade class at Coastal Montessori who recently visited GKCU to learn about saving & spending for an upcoming fundraiser. Now when they go to Clemson Stem camp this summer, they will come with a lot more knowledge of how they got there!
