Province Launches Online Engagement for B.C. Small Businesses
Help B.C. maintain a healthy small business environment, create good jobs and grow a sustainable economy for everyone!

The Province, under the direction of the Minister of Jobs, Trade and Technology, has established the Small Business Task Force to listen to small businesses to better understand what government can do to help strengthen the sector.

A strong and prosperous small business sector is the backbone of every community in every region of British Columbia. Of all the businesses operating in the province, 98% are considered to be small businesses, meaning they have fewer than 50 employees. Together, these businesses provide employment for more than one million British Columbians.

The Task Force is seeking input from small business owners throughout the province to better understand potential barriers to success, opportunities for growth and actions that should be considered by government.

Phase 1 of this public engagement is open from  June 1 to 29 at 4pm !
Businesses, Organizations, Teams, Clubs and
 Groups are welcome to participate!
Join WorkBC for a BBQ and a tour of their centre!

When: Thursday June 21, 2018
11:30am–1:30pm

Where : WCG’s Revelstoke WorkBC
Employment Services Centre
117 Campbell Avenue

Join the BC MindReader community and ensure that we have Revelstoke and area representation & communication on this province-wide digital network!

What is MindReader?

In short, it is a BC Chamber cloud-based insight community that can gather near real-time information directly from members across the province.
To participate, you simply need to sign up and use your voice by responding to surveys.

Surveys will be short and cover issues that impact our business community and province wide BC economy. By joining, you will have the opportunity to weigh in on important topics/issues that impact you and give our area a stronger provincial voice !

We are stronger together. The bigger our business community, the stronger our Chamber's advocacy efforts will be with government.

Sign up for MindReader and share your live input and thoughts on key province wide issues to provide 'real' and true Revelstoke input by us, our community members .
If you have any questions, connect with Jana at the Chamber at executive@revelstokechamber.com.

Notice of Change
