Busy September at Chamber
Your Chamber had a very busy last week of September!

West Michigan Policy Forum
Cindy Larsen, Rachel Stewart and Carla Flanders attended the WMPF.  It brought over 400 business leaders together to decide the region's priorities. Moving public employees out of pensions and into 401(k)-style plans, and eliminating the state's income tax were the two highest ranked.

Business After Hours
A joint Business After Hours held at Moss Ridge Golf Club brought together members from seven area chambers.

Board Meeting
The meeting had a great turnout and decisions were made regarding new events and programming moving into 2017.

Business for Breakfast
It welcomed over 400 people to the Holiday Inn in Downtown Muskegon. The program highlighted the more than $1 billion worth of planned and ongoing investments. Click Here to learn more. It concluded with a presentation from representatives from the Pure Muskegon group on Windward Pointe. Click Here to learn more.
Meet Your Chamber Ambassadors
Your Chamber re-vamped its Ambassador Committee page to give the Ambassadors more exposure and provide an easier way for visitors of the page to meet these volunteers and learn more about their businesses.

We are constantly working to promote our volunteers more, so be on the lookout for more volunteer features coming soon.
Welcome Center Re-vamp
Your chamber is working hard to make the Hines Building Welcome Center as impactful as possible.

Chamber employee Sue Carpenter, has been organizing flyers and rack cards and beautifying the display racks, so Chamber members can easily be found.

If you have updated marketing flyers or rack cards, we would love to feature them in one of our display racks. Just drop them off at the Chamber office or contact Sue at 231-722-3751.

Donor Plaques
Nearly 10 years ago, your Chamber was preparing to move into its new building.

The project would have never come to fruition without all of the investors that stepped forward to financially help with the project. Not only did our office and all of our meeting rooms turn out great, but your Chamber is constantly receiving calls from all over the state complimenting our office and asking questions about different aspects of such a big project.

Your Chamber would like to give a HUGE THANK YOU! Your investment is still noticed 10 years later.
