M2K Student Spotlight
Before Ramon joined the M2K program in November 2017, he didn't have much experience operating machines or using tools. However, he brought with him an open mind and willingness to learn.

"The program as a whole is really beneficial," Ramon said. "I never used tools, and for me, to be able to make the projects I did with the assistance of my instructors was great."

Ramon enjoyed the classroom experience, as well as working in the shop. He said, "My advice for future students is to go in with an open mind. If you aren't good at math, there are tutors available to help you. If I can do this, anyone can."

Ramon accepted a machinist position at Penn Drill in May.
